J.J. Reidy

J.J. is a mission-driven development executive who brings over a decade of experience in real estate planning, design, & development, across multiple asset classes.

He has successfully raised / deployed over $200M in public & private capital, led award-winning community initiatives, and advised institutional partners on strategy & development. With a multi-disciplinary background spanning economic development, business strategy, & large-scale mixed-use real estate, J.J. plays a key leadership role in advancing value-add projects & public-private partnerships.

Most recently, J.J. executed large-scale development projects for an institutionally backed real estate investment platform, Ancora, where he led the nationally recognized, $800M, 39 Acre, 2M sf. (Retail, Office, Entertainment, Education, Multi-family, Affordable Housing) masterplan for Electric Works, the largest adaptive reuse project in Indiana. As an entrepreneur, J.J. founded Real Estate & Economic Development firm, Urban Pastoral®, & serves as Partner. J.J. established a multi-million-dollar impact-ecosystem consisting of commercial real estate assets, hospitality group, & integrated workforce training programs for hundreds of employees.

His work was globally recognized by Johns Hopkins, Yale, and the World Expo in Milan.
