REDEFINING FARM & FORK

Our ecosystem encompasses farm & fork. Merging hospitality and agriculture we developed a portfolio of retail brands, and are feeding the city in an even more direct path. Creating a symbiotic network of farms and dynamic hospitality concepts, we are creating local jobs, promoting environmental sustainability, and helping foster and sense of place in developing communities. 

Molina Pizze & Polpette

The concept itself is inspired by European immigration to the U.S. at the turn of the century, and literary influences from Hemingway’s, A Farewell to Arms. Urban Pastoral partners, J.J. Reidy and Christian De Paco, are greatly influenced by their family’s heritage and food traditions. Reidy’s grandfather, Raz, immigrated from Naples, and DePaco, originally from Costa Rica, grew up in a rich multicultural family with influences from Europe and Latin America.

Molina’s menu reflects the rustic food culture influences of Italy, with the nuances of urban grit that immigration to port cities like Baltimore and New York brought about.

Stall 11 : Good Honest Food

 Stall 11 is our modern take on old world Vegan street food. Featuring globally inspired plant based bowls, small plates, fresh pressed juices, and a line of prepared small-batch goods. We have an ambitious vision for Baltimore, and its starts with our commitment to good honest food.
